Title: Apricot Ginger Cake

1cWater
4 Apricot Ginger tea bags
1cBrown sugar
1cHoney
3 Eggs
2 1/2cFlour
1/2tsBaking powder

Bring water to boil, add tea bags, and steep for five minutes. Discard tea bags. Place butter, sugar, honey, in a large size bowl. Pour hot tea over ingredients. Whisk until butter is melted and mixture is cooled. Beat eggs separately, add to mixture. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour into 9x13" greased or sprayed pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
